Too incompatible

Although the reviews here seem to convince you that this is a superior product, its really not. When you go to forums to figure out how to solve app. issues, there are possibly hundreds of people discussing ways to solve issues. Case in point, when you upgrade your email security, you will not be able to mail out any audio as an email attachment. Thats a shame because it was really helpful for my line of work until I upgraded my email security. Nobody seems to be able to solve the problem.
