This app is great for capturing ideas and sharing them in a way that my friends can use. The compression levels on it are better than the stock Voice app from Apple. Plus you can store files on Dropbox. Has been a great tool for capturing ideas.

I would honestly have to say that this is the best recording app Ive ever used. Once you get used to it and figure out what is what, you can truly see that this app is wonderful. I love how you can change the speed of the audio and export it in tons of different formats, adjust the volume and more. Ive had this for about 3 years now and it has never failed me. LOVE IT!

I dont have the nightmare stories other users report, but I dont trust this app or any iPad voice recorder. I use this if I dont have a recorder handy. The problems I have had--I cant say for sure whether the problem is this app or the iPad operating system. It bothers me when a developer does not get back in touch with a user.

When you record from your watch, it hardly ever saves the recording.

I have used this application for years and I am so glad I found it. The speed adjustment is especially good now that you can type in the speed instead of just use the slider.

Downloaded it and love every feature in this app! This app is great, so great I upgraded to paid version! Definitely worth my money! Thank you!

The app is really cool! I love to hear what I record over the watch speakers. Just one thing... Speakers turn off when the screen times out! I have to constantly tap the screen to hear my audio continue. Please fix. Also can the music skipping intervals on the watch be grown? Thanks!

Such an essential app for recording my musical ideas and lectures.

A phenomenal app. Allows me to get my voice into a video so simply. Allows me to write my books with ease. I just wish the templates for video overlays were of any use at all.

Love the playback speed adjustment functionality. Great if you need to transcribe something or listen in slow motion

Although the reviews here seem to convince you that this is a superior product, its really not. When you go to forums to figure out how to solve app. issues, there are possibly hundreds of people discussing ways to solve issues. Case in point, when you upgrade your email security, you will not be able to mail out any audio as an email attachment. Thats a shame because it was really helpful for my line of work until I upgraded my email security. Nobody seems to be able to solve the problem.

This is my third time writhing this review, because of the nickname issue... but never the less this is the best app I have ever used period. I recommend to everyone an everything. I found this app trying to turn mono recording from my lav mic into stereo and this app had it built in! Also one thing that I appreciate is the unlimited amount for recording. This is handy for 45 minute mtb rides. Also just like the name this has pro level functionality and really is fantastic. But the best part is the ease of use and the user interface, as it is easy to use and shows real time what the sound youre recording is like. Overall I give this app a 11/10 and even if it was 10 dollars, for me it would be an easy sell. Thanks app developers!!

seriously the best for any on the go singer

Im preparing to record some video testimonials on a budget and was looking for a way to record some good quality audio. Ive downloaded and tried several apps but this is the only one Id label as professional. You can set the Sample Rate, Bit Rate, Bit Depth and Encoding Quality to anything you want! Other apps give very few options for this. It also includes many advanced features like Silent Detection, attaching photos, bookmarking, making notes and embedding ID3 tags. I highly recommend this app to any serious about recording high quality audio.
